(Please read carefully before making your selections.)
Before You Begin
Each attendee must complete their own form.
Payment is required to complete registration.
Choose ONLY ONE registration button for yourself.
Guest meals are completed using separate forms.
Step 1 — Choose Your Registration Type
(Select ONE of the first four buttons. These are your registration categories.)

Use this button if you are a current SCAPA member.
🍬 Non-Member
Select if you are not a SCAPA member and work in an activity department.
📘 Administrator / Out-of-State Attendee
Select if you are an Administrator or traveling from outside South Carolina.
🍭 One Day Only
Select this button if you are attending Wednesday ONLY or Thursday ONLY.
You will choose your specific day inside the form.
Step 2 — Guest Meals (Separate Buttons / Separate Forms)
Guest meals are NOT included in any registration type above.
Use the forms below to purchase meals for guests only:

Complete one form per guest meal so accurate counts are submitted.
Step 3 — Payment
Your registration is not complete until payment is received.
If paying online, follow the system prompts.
If paying by check/money order, payment must be mailed to the address on the form.
(Online credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.)
Step 4 — Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after BOTH your form and payment are received.
If no confirmation arrives, you may not be registered.

SCAPA Zoom Lunch & Learn

“Healing Beyond the Uniform: Moral Injury in the Lives of Veterans We Serve".
This powerful Lunch and Learn will explore the often-unseen wounds carried by the veterans we serve, focusing on moral injury, resilience, and the path toward emotional and spiritual healing. Through the personal and professional insights of Chaplain Captain Daren William Armstrong — a decorated U.S. Army veteran and seasoned pastoral leader — attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how trauma, service, and faith intersect in the lives of veterans. This session will offer practical tools for support, encourage compassionate caregiving, and inspire meaningful reflection as we begin a new year of learning together.
